Challenges

What is your personal challenge to improve your mood?  It could be something as simple as going for a walk twice a week to take notice of what's around you and get some exercise at the same time, to looking for a new group to join or thinking about giving some volunteering time in your community.

However, big or small record it here to give others inspiration and ideas of what they can do, as well as you setting out your own personal challenge and following it.

lose two stone before Christmas. I am an overweight woman with a stressful job and I need to start thinking of my health instead of scoffing pizza and chocolate!..
feel happy. ..
Join a gym. I am really looking forward to joining my local gym and to getting fit and meeting new people...
Run 10 kilometers in under 50 minutes. Get fit again and run a 10k in under 50 minutes, like I could 4 years ago...
Sponsored skydive. skydive from 4,000 feet..
Couch to 5K. To complete C25K. I am about to begin week 7..... only two to go!!!!!!!!!!!!..
